We strive to provide clarity, guidance, and exceptional products. Please review our policy for refunds and returns below.
Physical Products (Custom Tarot Decks)
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@karinaemincoaching.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Services (Psychic Readings)
Due to the nature of our personalized readings (including live readings, private videos, and other formats), all services are strictly non-refundable.
By purchasing a reading, you agree to be open to the guidance provided, intended for your personal growth and clarity. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines, as free will and personal responsibility play a significant role.
For issues related to technical difficulties during live readings, please contact us at info@karinaemincoaching.com within 48 hours so we can assist.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your physical product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital products
- Services, including readings
- Courses

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
